I wondered how it would be going through workouts without my cold, comfy gym facility again.
Long ago, back when I was a wee little lad, I couldn't even be forced into a "modern gym" and taken away from the hot grundgy style garage workouts. You had a better chance convincing a raccoon not to steal a gold coin.
But today, going without an actual gym, I have no choice. And you know what... I kind of like it. It gets hot, it gets steamy, it gets moist... (perverts), it tests the mind and body, and it also tests creativity when there are no more weights to throw on.
Here is today's back workout. This is from Day 02 of the ultimate rebel cut. Day 02 was Tues. Catching up on the vids. Sorry guys, the biz is staying busy but still making way more time for better videos for everyone.

Hey fellow peeps, โ if theres a need for getting help to get those workouts in at home and don't have much equipment, or maybe there is plenty of equipment at home but the "know how" needs assistance, then this will help solve just that!
I ran into an issue about 1 month ago, I gained a ton of weight from an injury, still recovering from but it is what it is, dumb tendons ๐คฌ๐ก and ligaments, but I was tired of being tired, I was tired of the weight I gained, and most of all, I was tired of being having the feeling of not feeling healthy! ๐
Then I decided to implement my old workouts and created The Ultimate Rebel Cut Vol. 1, where I shredded about 16 pounds in 28 days from 217.8 to 201.6. But I wasn't satisfied.
Because of a busy schedule, I missed a lot of workouts. I didn't plan appropriately and kinda just "winged it" Thats no way to do a program with goals. One cannot just "wing it" and expect great results. Results are planned, and achieved.
So now with all this chaos going about, I decided to dedicate time to all of the fellow peeps and share my second journey into Vol. 2 of my cut. Seeing this as a great opportunity to show those how to get those grundgy style garage workouts! The ac is lovely when its realized how cool and beautiful it is when it showers cold air amongst the air. ๐
So join me in this adventure, grab a friend (digitally and with a 6 ft social distance at the min.๐) and show them the content as well if they're having any desire to do achieve these goals as well.
It will be a walk-through day by day with bodyweight exercises and some weight equipment. The goal, to drop from 204, (I purposely splurged knowing good food was about to become rare.) to 180. That is my goal and that is what I'm shooting for.
BTW this COVID-19 chit done ruined my cheat day!!! I finished my cut and the very next day everyone stole my gah damn enchilada materials from the grocery store!! Take my TP! I don't care, but don't my enchilada stuff!!๐ญ

You don't need one. With all the chaotic closures keeping you from your health and fitness gains, I've realized not many people know how to create a great workout from home without any equipment.
Until the gyms open up, I am going to join you and create workouts on the daily, attempting to cover all the muscle groups for full training. That way you keep the muscle pumping and prevent your gains from saying, "bye-bye"
I made a workout today covering the basics of quads and chest. It was a quick workout but mainly just to get the mind and body flowing. I'll be posting it shortly in the GROUP which you can join for free by going to the blue button "VISIT GROUP" and requesting access.

I'm mad!! So I am going to vent!! ๐น๐คฌ๐ . ARE YOU READY!?!?!? OK!! Here we gooo!
JK I'm not mad at all. BUUUT! Day 28 was two days ago and yesterday was weigh in!
My goal was to weigh in at 200 or high 190s... unfortunately I did not hit my goal as I weighed in at 201.6 lbs. I started this challenge at 217.8, with life happening and everything of the sort, I missed a few workouts but did my best to keep up. However I found the system does work really well, even for missing a few workouts.
I noticed I went from size 38 pants to 34, 217.8 to 201.6, and a hell of a lot more energy.
I also noticed something very important, this program instilled the discipline to WANT to eat healthy, full well knowing I could eat anything I wanted today and yesterday, for a "spoiling cheat meal" all i wanted was some fruit, meat, and avocados, which is odd cause I love enchiladas and pizza. However I didn't want any of these.
The program was an overall success. Stay tuned, watch the video, cause i have other plans in store for this corona phase, we gonna make the coronas get fit. FROM HOME! A new challenge is coming, and its 28 days long again. It's better, more concise, and a damn good program.

I'm eager to see if I hit my goal of getting into the 190s or near it. Last I weighed in, I was sitting at 204ish.
Today is active Rest Day, so go out there and play some basketball, walk the dog, or go to the gym and do your two sessions of 55 minute cardio! Don't quit! You're at the finish line and almost done!

Day 23 and 24 Updates

Apologies for the delay in posting videos for day 23 and 24 workout overviews. I was busy helping out my grandpa with home renovations and took up some time. Got the workouts in still, as well as the cardio.
No matter what your day looks like, it may be seem like a lot may hit you but always remember, grind it out, and get those workouts in! These are your goals and your personal desires you wish to accomplish. No one will step foot in the gym for you. You got this. Keep your chin up and keep bringing your all.

Some of my favorite stuff for cut prep, all low in sugar, high in protein, plenty of fiber and not too many carbs.
1. Low sugar or even sugar free drinks and snacks
a. Quest Bars
b. NoCow Bars (Vegan Friendly)
c. Energy drinks without sugars, Bang and Raze. (MY personal favorite, there are tons more that exist.)

Day 22: Leg Day! This is a brutal time for us in the program, remember to stay strong dedicate and remember why you started to begin with!
With our carbs source less than half our body weight, we will begin to feel enormous cravings and and slight lethargic feelings. Its ok, just push through it, you're near the finish line.
Day 21 (Yesterday, posted it on my feed and forgot to place it in the group page.)
Today is active rest day. Remember, its about recovery or catching up on a day you missed!! But Don't forget Cardio! TWO sessions of 45 minute cardio.
ITs coming to the end of the grind, the final week is tomorrow, things get tough and it becomes absolutely crucial you follow the program accordingly. We only have 4 weeks for this cut so make the most of it!

Today is Day 20. Chest, shoulders, and arms. We are close to the final week when things really heat up and it gets real.
For those of you following this program, don't quit, don't stop, keep on going.
You're tired, hungry for awesome foods, and beating yourself to the ground. You're creating a strong mental strength not many have. You're creating the strength of a champion in yourself. Keep it up and don't look back
A little over halfway through my 28 day cut and I'm down 12 pounds, as of today which is Day 19.

Day 15: ๐ฆต Daaaaay!! Feel the ๐ฅ๐ฅ. Don't stop! Its halfway through and you have two more brutal weeks to work.
Down to 208.0 lbs now. Things are really starting to heat up and you'll really start to see significant results within these next two weeks.
