Are you missing your friends? So are we.
Every single one of us is in the same boat. Let's stick to these times together by maintaining social distancing.
Covering coughs and sneezes and keeping hands clean can help prevent the spread of serious respiratory illnesses like influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), whooping cough, and COVID-19. Germs can be easily spread by coughing and sneezing.
To help stop the spread of germs:
-Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
-Throw used tissues in the trash
-If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your elbow.

How far can your germs travel in sneezes?
Turns out, it’s not just about the biggest droplets, but also the smaller ones that stay in the air. The cloud of exhaled air that comes out of your mouth when you sneeze can potentially travel farther and wider and affects the people around you.

Did you know that social distancing actually helps. Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Why? When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.
