I love Key Lime pie. This smoothie does a pretty good job of satisfying my urge. And I like that it has a helping of my favorite good fat -- avocado!! Yummy

Some days, you just need to keep it simple, silly. Wednesday walloped me, so here is a simple recipe.

This shake can be served to company!! And, for the adults playing along, a little rum could be added to make it a lovely cocktail....

Today's recipe is versatile -- without the granola it is a refreshing smoothie. I like to add the topping for a heartier snack.

It's peach season in my neck of the woods. I like to sip this shake in the afternoon, sitting on a porch. I use coconut flakes instead of frozen coconut chunks. Delish!!

Today's recipe is one of my favorites. I mean, really, who doesn't love Girl Scout cookies? If you have Arbonne Daily Fiber Boost, use it, but the shake tastes great without it.

Sticking with fruit, today's recipe tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. So indulgent, but good for you!! Enjoy!!

Here's a simple but oh so tasty recipe -- Banana Bread Smoothie. You can use 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder instead of the Chai powder. Simply delicious.

Happy Sunday evening!! Today's post isn't late -- I just think that this shake tastes like dessert to me. I've had many Almond Joy bars (too many to be honest). I'm thrilled that I found a shake that can satisfy my candy bar urge in a healthy way.

You will see that the recipe calls for Fiber Boost. This is another fantastic Arbonne product that helps you get more fiber in your diet, which aid in digestion and elimination. You can make the shake without it, as it is tasteless.

Let's get this party started!! Here is one of my favorite summery shakes -- Berry Coconut. If you aren't a coco "nut," feel free to leave it out.

Welcome everyone!! My name is Marygrace Pesce (but you can call me MG) and I'm an Independent Consultant for an amazing company called Arbonne.

I was introduced to Arbonne about one year ago. Since then I have been using the company's nutritional and skin care products, absolutely loving the results. I started with their 30 Days to Healthy Living -- and I am not looking back!

The main product in the 30 day program is our delicious, plant based protein powder. I was skeptical at first -- my experience with powdered shake mixes hasn't been great. I was pleasantly surprised by Arbonne -- the shakes are tasty, not gritty and are packed with all the good things my body needs.

I want to do something a little different. Starting on August 1st for two weeks, I will post a daily shake/smoothie recipe, and maybe a few videos showing the process. I would love to have you in on this experiment with me. The more, the merrier! I will give you more details about ordering products soon.
