Believe it or not the tape measure is a more reliable measurement of your overall health than the scale is. Most people consider that a certain weight that will give them a BMI between 18.5 and 25 is the goal to reach for but in fact this bit of information about your body is just the start. It does not discriminate between the amount of fat and amount of muscle or their location. Fat on the hips and thighs is less of a detriment to your health than the fat around your waist. The excess fat around your waist actually becomes it's own body system just like your digestive system, immune system ect. This fat system sends out chemical messages to your body that not only help the fat system to increase the fat, but it also interferes with the delicate balance of the body hormones affecting all of the systems in the body. So when setting your goal for reaching your optimal health reach for the tape measure and not scale and move toward the optimal waist to hip ratio below 0.85 for women and 0.95 for men.
It's normal to be anxious from time-to-time but how do you cope with it?
Steps to mental clarity and releasing stress and anxiety -
Resolve unfinished business and evaluate weekly.
Engage in quiet time -prayer or meditation daily at least 15 min.
Do a crossword puzzle, picture puzzle, sudoku, lessons for a language or musical instrument.

Gradually restrict your eating hours by 1 hour everyday Mon - Fri.
Start on Monday eat@7am by Friday eat@11am, the next Monday eat@8 am by Friday eat@ 12 Noon. By Week 6 you should be@12 Noon for 5 days.
Throughout your last meal should be done by 7pm.
Weekends take a break.
Eat mono food - either protein or carbs for breakfast on Day 1 and 2.
Do not eat fats for breakfast until Day 3.
Regardless of what we eat, when we don't give our bodies an opportunity to fully move complete and move away from the digestive process we take away the ability to upgrade and reboot all of our body systems. A good place to start is to reframe from eating anything 3 ours before bedtime.
