I had really long hair in December 2019 (seen in my 3rd picture) however I had to cut so much of it off because of my hair being so damaged. I cut my hair to just below my shoulders in January 2020(As you can see by my 4th picture)

Almost 4 months later of which 2 months I've spent using these products and my hair is so much healthier and it's growing quite fast (5th picture)

Over the past few months my face was terrible I had numerous pimples and it was way to sore to touch or even pop.
