We’re pretty smitten with this very tasty Kolsch we made with the inimitable and team of , and we’re sure you will be too. The awesome crew at Grand Fir Brewing inspires us and it’s an honor to work with these beer buds!

Pours like morning light with puffy white foam. Aromas of Limoncello, white pepper and sourdough crackers precede delicate flavors of lavender, mandarin and fresh brioche before a dry, matchstick finish.

We created this beer brand in celebration of a wonderful grandmother, to honor her spirit and the joy she brought to our lives. Today, we’re celebrating all you mamas out there! You are marvelous and you are making the world a better place, every day. Cheers to you 🍻 we hope your day is bright and joyful!

Well, hell, it’s a whole new year! These photos are from our 1-year anniversary party back in September but seem fitting to share in greeting this new year… we’re so grateful to all of you out there that have been drinking Hetty Alice beers! Until now, most of our kegs were refurbished because we’re about that reduce-reuse-recycle life but it just wasn’t enough! But we are not mad about that emboss…
