My favorite thing about swimming in the ocean especially scuba diving (besides the benefits to your lymph 😅) is that the animals aren’t afraid of you and often swim right next to you. I once swam with a sea turtle for half an hour. Out of respect I never touched him, but was happy to share the same space and feel the peace he and most creatures exude underwater. Highly recommend if you haven’t 🧜🏻♀️ 🐢 🐬 🌊
Yes! Thanks for sharing! 🙌 I’d also add swimming 🏊♂️ as another standout exercise due to the pressure of the water, vibration and hydration! So many clients invest in all the extras for their health but neglect hydration. Half your weight in ounces is ideal and more if you’re more active, in hotter climates/ sweating more or drink alcohol. Best to drink the most earlier in the day 👌🏽😅💦

1️⃣ Your lymphatic system is the largest circulatory system in your body. Whereas our blood circulatory system BRINGS fresh nutrients and oxygen to our cells, the lymphatic system is the ‘garbage collector’ that carries and filters waste products AWAY from every nook and cranny — INCLUDING THE BRAIN. 😱 Watch my IG stories for info on the connection to Alzheimer’s Disease.
2️⃣ Signs your lymph is backed up can include:
• headaches and migraines
• brain fog 🧠
• water retention and edema
• swollen glands
• heaviness in the limbs/abdomen
• chronic sinusitis

Nothing against 🦈 - they’re a vital part of our ecosystem but I like a good metaphor. I learned in Hawaii dolphins are drawn to clear water and sharks are drawn to murky water where they can hide and sneak up on prey plus get more dead fish and debris for food. Parasites and virus thrive in unhealthy murky lymph fluid. Keep a healthy lymph and you attract good bacteria and radiant health! Had a blast relaxing at my favorite place with Narumi! Narumi is amazing with breath-work which made my lymphatic drainage massage a little bit deeper.
