Hello all! It's been awhile since our last Community Sound Bath Meditation, so I'm excited to announce that we will be hosting another event this weekend Saturday October 14th @ 10am in McKinley Park in Sacramento.

and myself will be hosting this FREE community gathering sound bath event.

Bring your friends and family all are welcome! I suggest bringing with you a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, a jug of water to stay hydrated, and any other tools of healing you would like to use, charge, or share.

Nouvelle Healing

I’m grateful I chose social work as a degree for college because I learned ALOT about our community and how to effectively help those who are struggling.

Although I am not using my degree right now, the knowledge I have from those classes have stuck with me and I love that I show up for the community to help people believe in humanity again.

Sometimes we just get caught up in the pains of
our lives, we forget how important it is to stick together. As a collective whole.
