The opening night for my amazing client’s Lighthouse Immersive and Freda Kahlo was exquisite. ♥️

Are you a working mom? Pursuing your dreams while raising a family? I’ve learned through the years that motherhood is how you choose to see it.

Working moms tend to feel guilty. Mom shame is real! But really we CAN have it all. The career, the business, the love, the travel, the thriving kids, it’s all possible.

I recently got to take Braven on an amazing trip to the Dominican Republic. We got time together just him and I. My recipe for success in motherhood is being present when you are there. Not quantity… But quality.

I choose to see my work and time away from my son as a blessing for him. He gets more time with dad, he gets a front row seat with a mom who is pursuing her passions, he gets more opportunities, he gets happy thriving parents, he gets independence.

Don’t be hard on yourself momma, you are doing a fabulous job.

When you come to your team, friend, partner, or child with the energy of criticism they can smell it.

So what is the antidote to a critical spirit?... GRATITUDE.

Gratitude is a heart state, an emotional state,  its a feeling state. When you feel it life changes, it becomes alive and that’s when you really embody it.

Gratitude is nourishment to your soul as well as everyone around you.

Yesterday was crazy!! It is incredible how surrendering to the detours and interruptions of life allows you to see blessings and goodness even in the annoyances.
I left home at 6 am to catch a flight to San Francisco. Due to fog we had to reroute to LA and wait on the tarmac for over an hour to refuel.
Finally I got back to San Francisco just in time for Linda the EO chapter manager to meet me and hustle me past the shooting crime scene at SFO 😳 (yes you read that right)
She brought me to the beautiful airport Hyatt meeting room where I had a short 17 minutes to shake off 10 hours of travel before my 2 hour presentation that was now going to be online.
I always stand for my talks so I propped my laptop on my suitcase and we were ready to go. ill_coach stepped up and was an amazing DJ as he now had to adapt and manage breakout rooms.  
Breakthrough Your Blindspot was a success, growth mindset and willingness to achieve their massive breakthroughs was inspiring.
I then had a luxurious dinner with my superhero Linda and made it just in time for my flight to Orange County by midnight. What a day!! Today I have a 3 hour workshop on the Neuroscience of Success. I am so thankful to do this work!

We are both students and teachers at every stage of our lives.

Never underestimate your ability to inspire learning in others with the brilliance you contain.
