I’m very happy to see that my favourite feel good store is open again and still available for home delivery (thank-you Kalola). Naturally Protecting Our Community at The Body Bar by Kalola Botanicals

It’s been a while but I thought I would promote a few of my favourite things that I’ve been pampering myself with from Kalola body bar. This week my bath time has been keeping me sane...It’s been such a busy time between work, social events, sports and keeping up with marking and planning. I’ve been going back and forth between the vanilla mandarin bubble bath/body butter or the lavender scrub/body butter. I love these essential oil scents and I find them super relaxing. On another note, since Christmas I have been completely out of make-up. On Friday night, Trev and I had a beautiful elegant event to attend so I stopped by Kalola to pick a few things up. Let me tell you, I lucked out! Since I started wearing make-up in grade 9, I’ve worn nothing but MAC (thanks Aunt Lois). Lily and my nieces raided what I had left at Christmas and I haven’t been bothered to replace my supply. When I showed up at the Body Bar on Friday, I was greeted by a career make-up artist who did my make-up for free. I was tired and feeling blah and she helped me feel fabulous. Kalola has a brand new mineral make-up line and it actually felt like it was healing my wind weathered skin while I was wearing it. I had the best ski night last evening with my friend Robynne. The conditions were incredible, lots of pockets of soft, light powder but it was windy and COLD! When I got home, I poured a hot bath and treated myself to one of Kalola's Mandarin Vanilla bath bombs. It was luxurious and great for my sensitive skin.
