Just some cookies 😎 it's been an interesting week here at the Baker's Corner! I've had NO OVEN! 🤪🤪 The week before Xmas! 🤪🤪 250 here, another 500 to go! I'd like to give a huge shout out to Nikki from L&SSugared for lending me her oven while she wasn't using it! I'm so overwhelmed with gratitude 🙏 ✨️
I now have the new oven, the show must go on! Let's gggooooo!!!

I'm slightly in love with this elsa 😍 inside was a vanilla cake, coloured to match the outside, and filled with vanilla buttercream.

I'm not going to lie, this is up there with one of my faves 😍 the memo was bees, butterflies, fairies, horses, unicorn, flowers, rainbow colours.... how did I do??
Inside was a mudcake filled with dark ganache and a vanilla buttercream exterior. Everything here is edible apart from the horse and the flowers.

As always, such a pleasure making cookies for the awesome Sue at Hair Crush at The Beach Sue and I share a special bond and I'm so proud of her and her business turning 3 this year!
