We-parents are valuable for our kids and we should be very attentive to educate them with love and attention. And playing with kids is a very important factor, as it shows that we share our free time with them and help to make something on their own. For example, it will be amazing to teach our kids how to make a paper boat. For that let’s show them to create the initial folds and lay the paper down vertically and fold it from left to right so that its corners meet up. Unfold the paper, rotate it 90 degrees, and fold it in half again. Flip the paper so that the fold opens toward us. Bring the bottom of the paper up to fold it against both sides. Finally, take the bottom corners and fold them in.
The paper boat is ready and our kid can make it without any help.

Engage your child in a print-rich environment

Cut out simple cards and write a word containing three sounds on each one (e.g. ram, sat, pig, top, sun, pot, fin). Invite your child to choose a card, then read the word together and hold up three fingers.

Use songs and nursery rhymes to build phonemic awareness

😍Children's songs and nursery rhymes aren't just a lot of fun—the rhyme and rhythm help kids to hear the sounds and syllables in words, which helps them learn to read. A good way to build phonemic awareness (one of the most important skills in learning to read) is to clap rhythmically together and recite songs in unison. This playful and bonding activity is a fantastic way for kids to implicitly develop the literacy skills that will set them up for reading success.

As a loving parent we do our best to satisfy their needs and lift up their mood. We always want to be next to our children to support in all situations. However, we have to let them a little bit free so as they can be independent. Helping our children to learn cooking is one of the biggest tasks, because if our children should know cooking in the case of living alone or just to be his/her own master. We can start with making an easy-made cake, by showing how to make the dough, add fillings in that and then bake. So, it will develop their cooking abilities and they will be proud of what tasty things they have made with their own hands.

We should pay attention to what type of hobby is preferable for our child. If he/she loves painting on days off, we should not forbid them to do that, because every person has a special taste and preference. So, if painting brings our child a lot of happiness and satisfaction, we should be pleased with giving him/her the necessary things to paint. Our child may start painting a rainbow, forest, or flower, car, the palette with various colors will help him/her paint whatever comes to mind. Let’s keep in mind that painting can develop our child’s imagination and outlook. No matter if painting will be a profession or not, this is a funny and interesting activity to paint on paper and color the mind.

I’ve been thinking this for a while.
It’s a fact that reading is important for communication skills and vocabulary.
“Human brain learns by repeating.” Reading a baby the same book every day, expose her to the same vocabulary and expressions over and over, which makes her develop the roots of language.

My daughter, aged 4, is just learning to read so the phonics, sight words and reading skills lessons are perfect for her. My 8 year old son is a very accomplished reader, so the lessons tailored to his ability help him to build his literacy and comprehension skills. As an avid reader, he also loves the fact that there are over 2500 books to discover and explore in the online library.⁣

Read WITH your child not just TO your child
While reading to your child is important, reading with them is as well. Rather than rushing through the words on the pages, take time to discuss what is happening on each page together, perhaps guessing what is going to come next. Teaching your child to understand what they are reading is just as important as the reading itself.
