🔺A deeper question you could ask yourself is what am I gaining or losing from having this knee pain?
Everything in our lives is a choice. We may feel, under an illusion, that we don't have choices.
This way of thinking is very disempowering. We are constantly giving our power away to our thoughts, and emotions, situations, and people. How? We reply things in our heads, we constantly worry or fret over them.
When we take back our power, surrender and let go of our thoughts and emotions, take responsibility for ourselves, and stop trying to control or change others or situations, our lives begin to change, and we begin to create a powerful life.
By letting go of our negative thoughts and emotions, we come back to a place of neutrality. The point in which all creation is made. From there, you can create.

- What will it take to feel the support of the world around me?
- Who or what experiences made you feel ashamed, angry, or guilty about your sexual needs?
- Were you made to feel devalued or unwelcome in your family growing up?
🔺A deeper question you could ask yourself is
what am I gaining or losing from having this hip pain?

Close your eyes and repeat to yourself - There is abundance all around me and I am worthy of it. How does that feel to say? Light and expansive, or heavy and constricted?
Keep repeating the affirmation, with your eyes close. Be in your body, allow the activation to work, and make a conscious decision to witness all around you where there is abundance in your life. Wherever your attention and focus goes, energy flows. If you spend time each day noticing the abundance in your life and giving gratitude for it, it shouts to the universe to send you more.
Save this post and come back to it often to activate the healing within allowing your subconscious to clear the blocks to believing it and becoming it.

- How can I let go of the need of wanting financial support from others?
- What expectations do I have around others supporting me?
🔺A deeper question you could ask yourself is
what am I gaining or losing from having this lower back pain?
We all have emotions. Some of them make us feel good, others not so good. There is no such thing as a good emotion or a bad emotion. All emotions are, is an awareness that something feels off within. It is a trigger for us, to say this doesn't feel good. We don't like to feel those emotions and will do everything in our power to avoid, resist, or reject them. We distract ourselves using things like smoking, drugs, alcohol, food, shopping, and social media. Anything to distract us long enough for the emotion to go away.
Truth is, the emotion doesn't go away, it sits in our energy field until we release it. An emotion lasts 90 seconds. That's it! However, by avoiding, resisting, or rejecting it, it will sit in our energy field and eventually can lead to dis-ease within the body until we are ready to let it go.
Remind yourself, in this present moment, you are safe. If you keep bringing yourself into the present moment, welcoming those uncomfortable emotions and situations, and letting them go, you will feel side effects such as peace, happiness, and joy.

- What will it take to forgive myself and others for past mistakes or hurts?

what am I gaining or losing from having this upper back pain?
How much of your day is spent doing the things you love?
When you are in the space of happiness, your vibration rises, you expand and feel good
When you are doing things you don't enjoy, you feel heavy, your energy contracts, you feel more tired and your vibration lowers making you more susceptible to discomfort within the body
Awareness check:
➡️ Be more present in your day to day activities.
➡️ Pay attention to how these activities, people, situations make you feel
➡️ Change, delegate or let go of things that make you feel lower vibration, or if you absolutely have to do them, then raise your vibration first, and along tandem with it
➡️ Give yourself grace and compassion as you awaken and change patterns and habits

-What value have I placed on being overburdened, and overwhelmed?
