Today 21st March 2022, the Executive Secretary National Universities Commission (NUC) granted licence for the establishment of Shehu Shagari University of Education, Sokoto, to His Excellency Rt Hon Aminu Waziri Tambuwal CFR. Alhamdulillah. The first of such University in the whole of 19 northern states and FCT and the 4th in the country. Congratulations to H.E and all citizens of Sokoto State.
