The Gaming House. The search for the next Tier One Talent. (Reality Show)

For years, we have been receiving comments, emails, tweets and other form of inquiries on how to become a tier one talent. In 2017, the company's plan was only to support a maximum number of 24 talents not because we dont want to support a lot of people, but because we didn't have the resources to do so. In 2018, that plan changed, as we opened more doors, we figured out we can support more people with what we were doing. That very reason resulted to the birth of the Amplfy program. This program was created in order to extend our support to more people. That whole concept was a success as we now have close to 500 talents across three countries and it has served as a training ground for those who are getting prepared to take the next step as a tier one talent.

From that program came a number of our talents. Wrecker, Rojean, Elie Gaming, Mrvii and Christine Samson are home grown talents of the Amplfy program who are now the established faces of the Tier One brand. Being a Tier One Talent requires a long list of skills, values and qualities. This doesnt come as a surprise to me as Tier One's co-founder Alodia Gosiengfiao has set a gold standard for being a talent in gaming and that's what we want to follow here in this company. She is an epitomy of what a Tier One talent is, she is an embodiment of the words as a talent.

In our pursuit to find more talents who can follow her path or who will create their own path and help contribute to the recognition of the gaming industry and the tier one brand, we are now launching the gaming house, a reality show that will serve as a platform to find the next tier one talent.

We are not new to content houses, we have been supporting team payaman for years and we've seen the potential to what bringing creators together can do to their careers. For this reason, the idea is to bring 10 content creators and streamers under one roof. Some from amplfy and some from any part of this country. Mechanics for the Auditions for the Gaming House will be announced soon. I'm super stoked for this one , this is your time to shine, welcome to the gaming house!
