Cheers to ending day 3 of detox, 1/3 of the way done! Everyone is losing lbs, feeling great and kicking a**! Even have a multi-cup per day coffee drinker that cold turkey’d with little side effects!

Detoxers ... today is the day!!! Start your morning with digestion plus in at least 4oz cold water then follow with a fizz stick or detox tea!

I’m planning a protein shake for breakfast and lunch with sensible snacks once or twice. You can chose if you want to do one shake or two per day! I recommend 2 if your tummy agrees
