Boneless yardbird thighs never disappoint! Extra crispy skin is the best part, used my MEATER+ to get them to temp then charred over open flame! 😋
Cooked 3 pork bootys for a birthday party and they came out great! My MEATER+ helped make sure they were all cooked to perfection 😎
One of my favorite sammiches! Pulled pork, jalapeño jelly, and hatch chili queso blanco! Used my MEATER+ for the pork and the results are phenomenal as always!

The ; is tritip for steak, or the trisket method? I plan to give trisket style a go on the next one, thankfully I know my MEATER+ has my back on a first try 😅

It's that time again, time for yet ANOTHER tritip! These are so good, I dont buy any other cut of steak anymore really 🔥🙌 Hickory smoked and I actually tried a mayo sear for this one, then rested with a few pats of homemade compound butter is simple but VERY effective! The mayo definitely got a good sear I'll say, and it came out great! MEATER helps me take the worry out of making a phenomenal steak, and friends and family enjoy the results!
Made pastrami for the first time, and 🤩WOW! It came out so good, I desalinated then rubbed it down, smoked with cherrywood and came out better than I had imagined! The only thing I regret is that I didn't do more than one at a time, as the test slab I got was relatively small. 😅 Wrapped in butcher paper at 160º then I let it ride to 200º with my +, pulled and rested for an hour. YUM
I cannot express how much I LOVE ribs! These were cherrywood smoked and seasoned with Hardcore Carnivore Red, spritzed with apple cider vinegar and came out delightful! Normally I don't probe ribs, but they can be helpful for teaching and the MEATER+ probes worked great, everything was done right on time 😎🤓🔥😍
Stuffed and smoked potato bowls came out amazing! A bit of extra work sure, but guaranteed to be a hit every time!
Have ya'll ever smoked a whole cabbage? It came out delicious! I used Nappa cabbage for mine; butter, bacon grease, salt, pepper, paprika, and foil! 😋
Another tritip bites the dust! Cherrywood smoked until 130º, then seared on screaming hot cast iron! I also added homemade compound butter, kerrygold with garlic, basil, jalapeño, parsley, and pepper! My MEATER+ makes getting perfect mid-rare steaks a breeze, and the results speak for themselves 🔥😋🤩
Boneless chicken thighs, smoked then seared over hot coals with grilled asparagus! Came out fantastic, my MEATER+ made sure the chicken stayed juicy while I crisped the skin 🔥😍😋
Kurobuta pork tacos; with avocado, lime, cilantro, cheese, and sautéed onions. Yummy!
Applewood smoked Kurabota pork shoulder came out fantastic! So tender and juicy, a little ACV spritz here and there and the final result was 🔥. Used my + for the perfect temp of 198 (I like mine with a little texture), add a bun and jalapeño jelly and you're good to go!
Beef short ribs, cherrywood smoked with just plain kosher salt, pepper and garlic. End result was fantastic! I know everyone has their own preferences when it comes to seasonings, but I have learned that my family and I prefer just salt, pepper, and (sometimes) garlic on beef! Used my MEATER+ and the results speak for themselves!
Cherrywood smoked cedar plank herb salmon with fresh basil from the garden, hasselback potatoes stuffed with homemade smoked pepper jack, and garlic lime pan seared brussel sprouts! Came out delicious! As always I used my MEATER+ to make sure the fish didn't overcook on the smoker, worked like a charm!
Tritip is always a treat, applewood smoked then a quick sear with my MEATER+ making sure its a perfect medium rare!
This cherrywood smoked, homemade honey bbq sauced, spatchcock yardbird was slap ya mama good! Used my MEATER+ to make sure the temp was just right; came out fantastic!
