During this season where cornavirus has everyone stocking up on meds and cleaning supplies, don’t forget about our God given natural healers. The Flu and Pollen are still impacting people. This works, I woke up with a cough and sore throat, drank a big glass of fresh pineapple juice and I am feeling much better and haven’t coughed since!!
Is your gym still open or closed? We don’t need a gym for this arm workout, just a mat, a pair of weights, and medicine ball!!
