Buttercream icing recipe:
1kg icing sugar
450g margarine.
1tbsp milk
1 tsp any flavour of your choice.
Procedure
Cream add margarine then add icing sugar, mix till well combined.
Add milk and flavor, mix until properly combined.
Your buttercream is ready.

Flour - 250g
Sugar - 75g
Nutmeg - 1tsp
Powdered Milk - 1 and 1/2tbsp
Salt - 1/8tsp
Active Yeast - 1 and 1/2tbsp
Lukewarm water
Procedure
Mix the flour, Sugar, nutmeg, Salt and Yeast together.
Add the water and mix, make sure it's not watery or too thick
Allow to rest for at least 45minutes /1hr
Scoop and deep fry on a medium heat so as to have a great result.

INGREDIENTS
β’ 1/2 cup hot water
β’ 1 tablespoon of cmc
β’ 2 tablespoon of cornflour
β’ 1/2 teaspoon of glucose
PROCEDURE
1) Measure the cmc, cornflour and glucose in a bowl, pour in your hot water and mix thoroughly till everything is combined.
2) Use your pallette knife to spread on the lace mat.
3) Allow to dry for hours or overnight before removing.
Afterwards use it design your covered cake.
