A lil Sacred Ayla update for my beloved (and patient) customers! ⤵️

This summer has been very FULL, to say the least, and I wanted to be sure to pop in with an update for you. As many of you know, aside from being the sole owner and operator of this business, I am in my busy season for singing and performing - my realest and truest passion. I also work a part time job as a Community Organizer at , Monday-Friday, filling my time with lots of networking, connecting, helping to build the entrepreneurial community. All this to say, I am B U S Y and tiiiiiired. 🫠

If you are waiting on an order from Sacred Ayla, I am here to say that I’m moving as quickly as I can. 🫶🏼 All orders will be resumed within the next week, and I’ll be sure to send out personal updates to keep you in the loop about my progress.

As always, I am continuously grateful to be able to run this business at my own pace and I realize how fortunate I am to have clients and customers that meet me with patience and grace. Ive been pretty burnt out lately, I’m not going to lie. What do you do to stay grounded?

Sometimes, it’s hard for me to get out of my head. I let the stress get to me, and it’s hard to pull myself out of that dark place. 😫

Things that I do that I find especially grounding, for me personally:

- tuning in with my body, paying attention to what hurts or what is out of balance, and then sitting with that pain
- making teas for myself based on how I’m feeling in that moment
- spending time unplugged in nature
- cleaning and organizing my space / d e c l u t t e r i n g is my dream
- journaling, getting my chaotic stress brain thoughts out onto paper, making practical lists that don’t induce guilt if not completed
- spending time with people that I love that see me for who I am, people that I don’t have to perform for
- making playlists based on the vibe of the day
- making time for slow, mindful yoga/stretching to bring me back to center / back to HOME in my body
- creating monthly vision boards in order to stay in alignment with my goals

Here are a few custom orders that I’ve crafted for my customers recently! 🫖

The first blend “VitaliTea Focus Boost” is an earthy, caffeinated morning blend that I made for a friend who’s trying to drink less coffee. This blend is filled with adaptogenic herbs to help with natural energy, reduce stress, and support deep focus.

The second blend, I made for a friend with severe PMS symptoms. This blend is called “Feelin’ C**t(ea)?” 😅🤣 and I know that the ladies can relate to this with no explanation. This blend is calming, replenishing, and supports a balanced cycle.

The third order featured was a custom for a friend who needed two separate blends: one for sleep, the other for daytime detox and focus. I made my infamous “Go The F*** To Sleep” blend for her for restful sleep, and then created a special daytime blend and called it “Divine Restoration.” This blend is intended to support healthy detoxification, nervous system support, and natural focus.

Hi friends! Just wanted to give a little update about things going on in my life lately! 🍵

It's been a whirlwind of a year, already. I feel like I've lived so many lives in a month and a half 😂 Those of you that know me know that I'm also (and foremost) a working musician; if you didn't know, now you do! I've spent a lot of time this year so far performing all around town and that's been a huge priority and focus for me. When I am in my busy season of performing, it takes precedence over many other things in my life. Singing and performing fills my cup, inspires me, and makes me feel alive. That creative energy, in turn, inspires my herbalism practice!

On top of being insanely busy with music, I got sick TWICE within the last two weeks (two different illnesses!!), which obviously caused me to take a step back from anything Sacred Ayla related.

⚠️ To those of you that are still waiting on tea orders, I just wanted to take a sec to say thank you SO much for being patient while I took the time to recover. Your ongoing love and support for me and Sacred Ayla really doesn't go unnoticed. ⚠️
