TEAMHAWA RESTOREHOPE do hereby condemn and objurgate in a strongest term Mildfield Ploure for his Facebook posting "We will not allow unmarried person to lead our community".

Such statement is unwarranted, reprehensible and unacceptable and has no place in our community.

TEAMHAWA disavows it and will never affiliate or kowtow in such farcical, misogynistic and cheap propaganda by some misguided individuals on Pluto.

Meanwhile, we are asking all stalwarts and sympathizers to remain focused as it is a complete distraction and meant to enervate the enthusiastic spirit. The statement is imbued to cause chaos within the community.

Good day everyone!

My name is Mohammed Konneh from Atlanta Georgia.

Current financial secretary for LIMAGA

Team Hawa candidate for treasure.

I went to school in Liberia, Guinea, la Côte d’Ivoire and here in the United States of America.

I have Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Masters of Arts in Public Relations.

I speak English, Spanish and French

I currently work as a PR Assistant at ViaSat and I am also a Graphic Designer.

Before moving to the United States, I worked for a nonprofit organization called Médecins Sans frontières (Doctors Without Borders) for several years as Community Health Worker.

TeamHAWA’S ’s Platform for 2020 Campaign:

Restore Hope. This is will achieved through:
• Ethics, Transparency and • Accountability referred to as E.A.T. .....TeamHawa goal is to Rebrand FELMAUSA so that the Federation can truly align with its Mission and Vision. The Rebranding or Rebirth is vital to the survival of FELMAUSA. This institution is the Legacy of the Liberian Mandingos in the United States of America and a resource hub for our brothers and sisters living in Liberia. TeamHawa’s mission is to rebuild the foundation of FELMAUSA, structing the Federation so that all functions align with the Constitution. FELMAUSA is at a state where it needs both parents, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors to work together as a Team to seal those cracks that continues to destabilize the Federation and prevent it from growing.
This can be accomplished through the implementation of certain tools such as third parties that can hold both the Executive and Board of Directors Accountable.

This Administration will work with the Board of Directors and appoint a Legal Team. This Legal Team can be either in the form of a Law firm or Legal Experts that are put together in a committee to safe guide the properties. This team can be one that function Independently like the Election Commission. How will E.A.T. be implemented in this Administration? • ETHICS

1. Our Administration will follow the FELMAUSA Constitution.

2. All Decision made will be based on the Constitution.

3. The Constitution is the Governing document of the Federation; therefore, by following it, we will meet all Ethical guidelines, required in running the Day-to-Day operations of our great institution.

• ACCOUNTABILITY
1. All members of the Administration will Actively Perform their Constitutional duties.

2. All members of the Administration will Develop S.M.A.R.T. Goals. These goals will align with the Vision of Restoring Hope back into the Community. S.M.A.R.T. Goals Objectives Specific: You indicate who is doing the action, what is happening, when it is happening, why it is happening, and how it is happening. Measurable: State the metrics that you'll use to determine whether you've met your objectives. It should be a numeric or descriptive quality that defines quality, quantity, cost, etc. Achievable: Is this goal attainable and within someone's capabilities? Relevant: Does the goal align with the broader goals of the company or department? Time-sensitive: Include the date by which you'll achieve the objectives, or the frequency with which you'll carry out the activity.

3. This Administration will make Decisions that align with the Constitution.

4. This Administration will Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures that align with the Constitution and the goal of Restoring Hope. 5. This Administration will utilize FELMAUSA Resource Effectively, which includes maintaining current FELMAUSA Partnerships while building new ones. 6. This Administration will Respect the Cultural Values of FELMAUSA, while enhancing to better serve our people.

1. This Administration will Trust Team members to make the right decisions in the betterment of the Federation, while resolving all conflict in the process.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: LIBERIAN ASSOCIATION OF METROPOLITAN ATLANTA | Community Based Organization | Lawrenceville, GA Chair, Education Committee, January 2020 Present.
