ABWM of MA Congratulate Melinda Parry on her Ordination.
Sunday was a day of celebration at First Baptist Church of Wakefield as Melinda Parry was ordained to the gospel ministry. Here Rev. Matt Wigton presents Melinda with her ordination certificate. Rev. Douglas Dry is pastor at FBC Wakefield.
Looking forward to a wonderful day of fellowship with all of our sisters in Christ.

We are thrilled and excited to introduce Sharon Vesely as the key speaker for our Spring Conference June 10 & 11!
Sharon Vesely is the Executive Director of The Place; a youth service organization empowering youth and families to build stronger communities in Norwich, New York and the surrounding area. With a degree in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Vesely has 30 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Her fortes include: program development, regulation and accreditation compliance, and building relationships with and for youth and families.
Sharon serves on the Board of Directors of Aunt Mary’s House, is a member of the Chenango County Youth Board, and is also a member of the Unadilla Valley Community Scholarship Fund. She is a contributor and member of the New York State Women’s, Inc.-Tri County Chapter, and also serves as a Steering Committee Member for Chenango Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition, and the Chenango County Safe Harbour Task Force.
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with her two adult children.
She is a candidate for appointment of the Eastern Panel of the New York State Citizen Review Panel for Child Protective Services.

This month we have seen 60° weather followed by 8 inches of snow. The days are growing longer with more sunlight and warmth. May today be a reminder of the songs the bird sing as they fly back north and the joy of new growth to come this spring.
