THE RECIPE FOR THE AGES!
TOMATOES IN THEIR OWN JUICE!

Share the recipe, which gave me a grandma in a generation! Easy cooking, and the taste is divine! The whole family is constantly asking to cook these, and friends are asking for a recipe!

What you need to prepare
Large, ripe tomatoes for juice
Small tomatoes
Salt and sugar
Allspice-peas
Bay leaf
Cloves and cinnamon (optional, it's not for everybody)

Preparation
Tomatoes sort – large, crumpled, soft tomatoes will go to the juice, smaller tomatoes – in cans.
Selected for juice tomatoes scroll through a meat grinder, pour the juice into a pan and put on a small fire. For three liters of juice, add five tablespoons of salt, six tablespoons of sugar, five peas of allspice, six Bay leaves. After the juice boils, remove the scum, boil the juice until no foam is formed (12-15 minutes).

At the same time in another pan boil water. In prepared banks lay tomatoes, pour boiling water and cover with lids. Put a thick towel on top. Let the tomatoes stand while cooking the tomato juice. Then drain the water, pour the tomatoes with boiling juice and immediately roll up. Turn over, wrap with a blanket and leave to cool completely.
On 3-liter jar is two kilograms of tomato and a liter of tomato juice.

Cottage cheese biscuits😊

Mmmmm.. How I love cottage cheese pastries! And its incomparable aroma! This cookie may be unpretentious, but tasty-tasty!

You will need:

200 g of cottage cheese
100 g butter
1 Cup flour + flour for rolling
sugar

How to cook:

Snack of eggplant for the winter

Preparation of billets for winter (3 hours 30 min):
