The bursting flavors combo: Pistachio cake generously filled with cashew nougat & cherries all put together with almond buttercream. Making this cake was truly an adventure with all the textures and yumness 🎂

So its a cheesy day... Made a carrot & walnut cake with an extra cheesy frosting and must say a very generous serving too. Not the most economical cake these days but it is the yummiest 🤭😋
