Leading from the front is something that I’ve never thought that I’d be doing, I like to stay back in the shadows and let others lead.

It all begins with the starting lineup! 🏆

I always thought that eating food after working out was the way to go.

Don't get me wrong, I still made great gains with eating, but switching to a rapid digesting carb & protein, & creatine shake right after my workout, was an even BETTER choice!

I've been able to minimize my soreness/recovery time, which has allowed me to get back into the gym to get even more results! And the flavors?!!...WOW, who knew that a Root Beer Float would help to grow muscle? 😅💪🏽

I AM NOT A NUMBER

Jan 24, 2023, I “weighed” 202.6 lbs. This morning Jan 26, 2023, I weighed 1 pound heavier.

I know what it feels like to feel fat and not worthy. I’ve struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I couldn’t breathe while tying my shoes. Pinched my stomach with the seatbelt and had to tuck it under my stomach so it wouldn’t feel like it was choking me.

I get it.

I used to base my progress, on the results of the number.

So many things factor into the scale “number”. But the number doesn’t define who you are or if you are “healthy”!

And FYI, skinny isn’t always healthy either!

Today, I FEEL better than I used to!
I HAVE more energy than I have in the past!
I AM stronger in the gym than I was a year ago! I HAVE a happy gut and have regular movements 💩

Do me a favor, STOP chasing the numbers, and START chasing the results. ⭐️

Use the scale as a guide, not a title. ❤️
