Casey's Brew

Casey's Brew is now currently set to open back up mid-fall season 2022. A new menu of brews will be implemented upon opening and Sadly not every brew will be returning. This is due local availability of ingredients needed for spefic brews.

Some times things don't go as we planned. Upon having to do alot of repairs to my new home I will be building a new work station and opening up for local business in the Jacksonville and Orange Park area. I am aiming to open up in August 2022 but currently have set date for when in August when I will open for business. I'm excited for this new beginning.

As of today Casey's Brew is officially closing up shop in Ocala FL. I really want to thank the community here for all the business over the last year and giving me a great start up. I knew one day that this would happen and had Orlando in mind but Jacksonville is still a great city and I'm looking falward to what's to come. There's alot of big plans in play and it's going to be a exciting time.

Only 3 days left to place orders with June 4th being the last day for order pick ups. Thank you everyone for allowing me to start my business here in ocala.

I would like to remind everyone there's just about 2 weeks left where I can accept orders here in ocala. Tuesday the 31st is the last day I can accept orders and orders can be held to pick up til June 4th. This allows a few days to pack up equipment before moving the company to Orange Park/Jacksonville area on the 7th. Thank you everyone.

I want to thank my customers and everyone who has helped me to get to get this business to where it is now. I will be moving the business up to the Jacksonville/Orange Park area in early June. The last day I will be accepting orders is May 31 with June 4th being the last day I hold on to orders to be picked up. There's alot of big plans in the works right now.

New idea or possibly 2 for a cold brew blend is currently in research and development with a current release date planned for early to mid April. Cinnamon lovers will be very pleased.

It saddens me that I have to announce this but as of today I have to discontinue my smooth and breakfast blends cold brew. The company I get my beans and grounds from has decided to cancel what I use to to make those to blends. Those blends will be replaced with a classic blend and the new classic blend will be used as a base for my peppermint mocha. I have alittle more than enough to finish out this weeks orders for those who ordered these blends. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes and am sad to see these blends go as they were some of my first ones from when I started.

New orange vanilla cold brew is offically now available. If you love orange cream this is very close to it so why not give it a try? $5 for a 32 ounce jar.

I hope everyone has had a great Christmas and New year's. Now that the holiday season is over its time to back to the grind. I'm currently working on a list of new flavors for cold brew and deciding which ones I would like to release for 2022. I'm really excited to make some new brews and have some unique flavors in mind.

This is the last week to order pumpkin spice and maple flavored cold brews until next year.

I'm trying my hardest and still working on a peppermint mocha cold brew and am looking to have it ready for orders if not on December 1st then a few days into December. Quality has and still is what comes first when making cold brew. I hope everyone understands if it takes alittle extra time to make sure it's the best it can be.

Three big announcements

I would like to say that I believe the jar shortage is over as I was able to get a substantial high volume of the glass mason jars I use for packaging my cold brew products. I will continue to try to keep them high in stock as I am not certain for sure the shortage is over just yet.

I will continue to keep to the two limited time seasonal flavors, pumpkin spice and maple, in stock for november as long as possible.

Lastly new peppermint mocha cold brew launch date is currently planned to be december 1st.

Debit/credit cards and Apple Pay are now able to accepted as payment methods. This is a huge step and I'm really excited as this opens another door.

Currently there is a supplier shortage on the mason jars I use to package cold brew in. I have been trying my best, checking everyday with my local shops for the last two weeks to restock but no one has been receiving them. Hopefully this will not last much longer. I will try to fulfill as many orders as I can and ask everyone to hold on to their jars so they can be cleaned, sanitized and refilled if they would to order more as I am very low on quantities for now.

Time for some big announcements.

Banana is something that I've been toying with in coffee for quite some time now. Banana being my favorite fruit and remembering chocolate covered bananas from my early childhood, it was something i really wanted to capture and make into a coffee. I am super isistant on wanting to use real bananas but understand that it would affect how long cold brew would be able to last. Banana powder made from real bananas seems like the best way to go when it comes to wanting to use real bananas and wanting to make a banana flavoring for my cold brew coffees. I am looking falward for this next step for this particular brew as banana mocha has been a idea I've had for some time now.

Christmas will here in a few months and with that I've started thinking of some winter themed flavors. I'm very excited to start working on a peppermint flavored cold brew as it's my favorite flavor of the season.

Soon I'll be able to start accepting accepting debit/credit cards and apple pay as payments. The plan is to have a square reader within the next 2 weeks.
