Ever seen an expansion valve implode on itself? 😱 We attended site and found no gas in a system 😫 Whilst pressure testing, the system was losing 2 Bar of pressure every 30 minutes 👀 Eventually we found this leak on the expansion valve. in 17 years of being in the trade, this is honestly one of the worst things we've seen an indirect contractor do. Which has resulted in catastrophic failure to an air conditioning system 🤦🏼‍♂️ A new customer got in touch explaining their air conditioning wasn't working. Without looking into it too much, we suspected it was short of refrigerant and advised a pressure test 🔧 Upon returning to carry out these works, we found the system with no gas within. ALWAYS TEST POWER!!⚡🔌💀 We recently worked on an AC system that when isolated, showed all visual signs of the power being turned off 🔌⛔ However, the video shows this wasn't the case, which could have resulted in a SHOCKING outcome... GAS LEAK FOUND!! 😱
Definitely a weird one 🤪 Carrying out a pressure test on an air conditioning system that was flagged up as low on refrigerant during a recent maintenance ❌ Whilst pressure testing, we visually saw the gauges dropping at a fairly quick rate 👀 However we leak tested EVERYWHERE and struggled to find any leaks 🤔 Eventually we found 6 pin hole ruptures on one of the indoor coils, and a 7th elsewhere 🎉 What's crazy though, is you could only hear the leak and it would only show using our leak detection, if the system was between 38 & 39 Bar of pressure. otherwise, it could not be seen 🤯 P.S Yes that is me grunting like a piggie 🐷 #AirConditioning #AirCon #ACRepair #PressureTesting #Toshiba #HVAC #HVACService #HVACRepair #HVACLife #HVACTechnician #GreenAir #GAS #GreenAirSolutions #R410A #Service #Maintenance

The Future Is Bright - Be Like Eve ⭐️
This is Eve. She is 7 years old and currently not in school 🙅🏼‍♀️ She isn't in school because she has unfortunately spent 4 years being victimised and bullied. The whole time her school sat back and did the bear minimum to help 😢 We made the decision to pull her out of school, before her confidence and mental health shattered beyond repair. We are hoping she gets accepted into a new school soon 🙏🏻 In the meantime, this is Eve. Today this 7 year old superstar came to work with me and insisted she wore her 'Be Kind' t-shirt ❤ She used electrical testers to ensure an air conditioning system was isolated and safe. She assisted in replacing faulty Inverter P.C.B wire harnesses.
