I am delighted to be able to share the below infographic highlighting the successful story so far of my Fix the Future Community Fund.

Mum's moved into a 4 bed high dependency unit, with some lovely "old" ladies. Naturally as a small unit we become friendly. Some of the "poor old things" as my mother refers to them don't have any visitors so I help them out with the odd chore. I was rather upset to discover two of the old girls are younger than me! When did I get this old!!
