On Top of the World 💪🏾🌍
My body is the strongest it’s ever been. After a season of running injuries, burn out, and studying for my license - this March I found strength and cardio HIIT to regain my motivation and find an alternate way to maintain fitness other than distance running. I found that strength training is the key to longevity and improves my performance in my primary movement practices. I’ve never been a fan of traditional strength training until now. Here’s how I maintain my balance and physique nowadays, but know my goals don’t stop here 🔥
💪🏾 2-3x week for flexibility, detox, and meditation
💪🏾 long run distance (~10 miles) 2-3x per month
💪🏾 treadmill and strength interval training 2x per week
