Wrexham Judo Club

As our junior judo youngsters are absolutely flying we have made the decision for any new members to participate in a few separate classes which will be held on a wednesday evening 6pm before progressing into the main group.
If any of our amazing juniors would like to come along and assist you're more than welcome.

Judo classes will be continuing from Friday 5th January.

Have gone from being beginniners to winning medals in competions!!! 🏅

Champions in the making🏆

Here we have 3 members of our judo club they may not be world champions but they are champions in our eyes.
237 years between them are our Barry Hughes 2nd Dan, Alan Williams 1st Kyu and John with his long ambition to be a judo player has recently received his orange belt. Superstars the lot of you ❤️❤️

This was 2008 Sandbach Judo Club, I was Senior Coach at the time. All who entered came back with a medal/medals, great day out fighting over in Burton Upon Trent, all martial arts were welcome but under Judo rules. Some amazing players went over on the day, managed to defend and win both the heavyweight and open weight titles from the previous year.

BRAKING NEWS
Mike and Barry were detained on Saturday at the Bradley Carnival for impersonating judo players.

Very good carnival and our judo players were able to do a demonstration. Which they done fantasticly 👏

The kids did a good job painting the gym and most importantly they had fun..
