We post different type of things everyday to let people have a chance to let us know how they are feeling and let us know if there is anything they would like to talk about or share with us people also do post if they are struggling and us admins will always get to them to help them! 💙

We are also looking for some new admins to join the team so if you are interested in helping those out there let us know but we are also looking for everyone to join so we can support as many of you out there as we can none of you are alone remember that!

Due to COVID mental health services have dropped down really badly and a lot of people are struggling out there and we want to be able to help all those out there still be heard and still feel like they have people around for support and for someone to listen to them.
