“Studies show that acute and chronic stress can adversely affect the overall skin condition. Stress is known to affect various diseases and conditions, for example, asthma, arthritis, migraines, and multiple sclerosis. Specially in skin, multiple neuroinflammatory conditions can be triggered or aggravated by stress, such as; acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, alpoecia areate, itch or Pruritus, and erythema.”

It depends on your own ability to master you thoughts. Once you’ve learned how to become the master of your thoughts, you become the master of your life!🤍

How to get rid of negative thoughts?

💭Say “Stop!” to yourself, if you have negative thoughts.
💭 Replace negative thoughts
💭 Use affirmations
💭 Be your own best friend
💭Identifying your negative thoughts
💭 observe your thoughts. Ask yourself if this thought is helpful? What brings these thoughts? Bring these thoughts, something positive for me?
