Inaprubahan pro kalaunan ay ipina buwag ni MRB s kdahilanan na mrami ang mga 1978 sympathizers at ksali na mga cofounders that time.... Sguro naisip nla na mas mataas sla kysa sa Mother Chapter dhil nga sa mga status at katayuan nila, kaya hndi sla sumunod... Sguro rn inakala nila na ma overpower nla ang Mother Chapter kya nag declared sla ng separation sa Pagadian City... Gnamit nla ang nka sulat dw s bylaws, 3L9v at 7 founders dw sla sumusunod dhil ksama pa nla ang 3 cofounders noon... "SEDES LUX ET SAPIENTIA"

Official Statement of the ZETA PHI OMEGA Fraternal Society, Inc. with SEC Reg. No. G1999-00140, MOTHER CHAPTER.

Let it be known that the Original Registration of our fraternity which was first registered in 1999 was successfully updated for the year 2021 since its last update done by no less the true Founder, the late MRB Danilo A. Barrios last October of 2017.

Due to Brod Dan's untimely death last May of 2020, as the last registered Board of Trustees of the fraternity, we were required by the Securities and Exchange Commission to make the necessary updates and changes to fill up the void that was caused by Brod Dan's demise with regards to the leadership in our fraternity.

We are also happy to inform that contrary to previous assumption that our constitution and bylaws was submitted in 1999; let it be known that there was no record of such account; hence, through MRB's last changes in the SEC registration especially with regards to the new Board of Trustees and the submission of the Official Seal together with the Constitution and Bylaws last 2017, we pursued with his last will and desire for the good of the fraternity; and submitted all the requirements needed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of which, the latter has approved our amendments and updates.

As such, since the previous seal was never registered, our official seal bearing the 12 leaves will be the ONLY official seal of the fraternity as it is the only seal last approved by the MRB and registered with its corresponding symbols and meanings to the Securities and Exchange Commission. The old seal will now be just part of our history together with all the other seals previously used by our fraternity.

In addition, as we pay respect to the original author of our constitution, we will be continuing all the legacy that the late MRB has left us and we will also be giving AMNESTY to any break-away groups who were either brainwashed or got confused with the false information fed to them by individuals unauthorized and unrecognized by the Mother Chapter and are now wishing to be reunited to the ORIGINAL Zeta Phi Omega incepted last August 26, 1975.

We pray that through this clarification, we can finally achieve what most of us have been wishing for... to uphold the vows of ONENESS and OBEDIENCE among others.
