This year for Valentine’s Day I decided to draw Corazon from One Piece instead of a featured couple. Because Valentine’s Day is to celebrate all types of love, not just romantic. Such as the love you hold for your family (or found family), your friends, or even yourself. :)

I just had to draw something for Christmas. 😊

Just in time for Halloween! I think it turned out pretty good.

Finally finished my tribute to Kazuki Takahashi. Yu-Gi-Oh was a big part of my and my brother’s lives growing up so the news of his passing was terrible. So I decided to draw Atem.

I know it’s been almost a year since I drew something but I couldn’t just not do anything for this legend. Rest In Peace.

There is a story that goes with this year’s Halloween piece. I will try to upload it tomorrow, as I rushed through drawing this and haven’t had time to edit the story.

This was done in 2 and a half hours and I may or may not have hyper-fixated on getting this done before I go to bed tonight lol

I’m not sure if I’m officially coming out of hiatus but a few nights ago I painted this (digitally). It’s terrible and the anatomy sucks but the thing is I didn’t use any kind of reference nor did I even plan on drawing this. I started with scribbles and this is what I eventually made. But despite that it actually looks pretty good! Way better than I would expect, and despite its many flaws it’s motivating me to try more realism because dang if I can kick this out without reference and study what will I be able to do if I really put my mind to it?? I’m excited!

Since it’s been about two months since I posted any new art, I think I should mention that I’m sorta on a hiatus due to wrist pain. I definitely want to draw more but I want to wait a little bit and see if my wrist gets better before I decide to draw some more for now. I may or may not end up doing something anyways, but if I don’t, that’s why. Please look forward to when I can start creating art at a regular pace again. :)

Ever wondered how to get a border around a brush in Clip Studio Paint??? I have! And after I found a video tutorial by someone, I realized it’s super easy! So I made this image to show how to do it. You literally just go to layer properties and hit border. 😭 It’s been this easy this whole time!

Here is the piece I’ve been working on over the past month! I decided I wanted to draw a little fairy. Lots more pink than I would normally do but I think it turned out pretty well. Took me forever to decide on what colors I wanted to use for the whole thing, but I think it turned out pretty well. 😊
