Hi Everyone!I just wanted to check in!

Healing is going well, just slower than expected. I've been making a few loafs for .cafe the last couple weeks so they can serve their delicious sandwiches. I can only mix 2 loafs at a time but will try doing 4 a time this week. I'm still not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds, and I am absolutely trying to stick that as much as I can, but it's almost impossible .

With that said, I've been struggling with waiting to heal. Literally making me crazy I am so OCD with planning and schedules it's driving me nuts, not knowing! I was hoping I would only be out 6 weeks, then 9 but now it's looking more like 12 weeks. I have decided that instead of waiting to heal completely before I start baking, I will just do what I can until I am fully healed. I need to be sure I am getting a good night's rest, so I won't be doing 1am bake days for a while. I will be creating a schedule for vendors and will deliver to certain locations on certain days (I have to figure all this out still). This will open up more bake days, but I won't be able to produce as much every day.

Thank you so much, everyone, for your patience, love, and all the messages. Once I'm healed, I know I'll be right back at it and not in pain, which is super exciting!

On a lighter note. I've sure been enjoying all my cuddles with the kiddos. If you have been around me much, you know I'm not a person who sits. I'm always up and doing something so this has been a big adjustment for me.I am so thankful my mom was able to be here and watch the kids while I was in surgery and early recovery away from home. She was with the kids for 5 weeks and making sure I didn't pick up either of them or do anything I wasn't supposed to. My mom went home, and my Mother In Law came to help that same day. She got to stay with us for almost 2 weeks. You talk about feeling special to have both of your mom's by your side and love your babies as their own. There is no better feeling. Thank you so much!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

Finally, an update. A few things have been up in the air, and I've wanted to do a live but just haven't been able to.

I am healing well. I have a few areas going a little slower than the rest. I am having am having a small surgery next week, then we should be good and healed. I am hoping and praying I will be baking by the 2nd week of September and plan to do a few smaller bakes before. Unfortunately, Sourdough Loafs are going to be the hardest for me to make. I will start with lighter things like waffles, then slowly increase as I can.

Now, as far as the great news goes, most of my BII symptoms are GONE and / or fading!
•No headaches
•Not dehydrated
•No random rashes
•No ear ringing
•I have a feeling back in my right arm & right leg
•My chronic neck and shoulder pain is completely GONE!
•I can breathe so easily & my head is clear

It is absolutely unreal how fast these symptoms went away!

If you missed what surgery I had I had my Breast Implants Removed because of Breast Implant Illness (This isn't something the medical field considers an illness YET but it is absolutely a real thing and hope that insurance companies will recognize it in the future too) I also have a large reduction and lift. I am cut from lat (latissimus dorsi) to lat. I was thinking recovery would be quick more along the 4-6 weeks, but I definitely will be doing a full 8 weeks for recovery. I am posting this on my business page to help bring awareness. The past 2 years have been extremely painful, and dozens of tests with no results. BII can't be picked up through blood work or any other test. Finally, after all the tests and doctors not listening, I decided to take things into my own hands. I found an amazing Dr. After my 1st appointment with Dr. Brenner,I was so ready. We both agreed I had BII and was ready to schedule an appointment. I had to wait 6 months after breastfeeding before I could have the surgery. No one knows our body's better than ourselves, and we have to listen to them. Our bodies are amazing. I am beyond excited to have them out.

*** Not every person experiences BII. I am absolutely not against implants whatsoever they are just not for me ***

If you haven't met my mom, my BFF, you are missing out. This woman is so incredible in so many ways. She has been here to take care of not only me but my kids numerous times. This isn't something she has to do or is expected to but is always ready to jump in. After this trip, she may stay away awhile lol my rugrats have definitely kept her incredibly busy. Thank you so much for taking such incredible care of my babies while we were gone. It is not an easy task, especially alone. As soon as, I can get around, I'll be able to return the spoiling ♥️ Love you mom, and thank you so much for always being there for me & my family. Thank you to my Daddy to for all your help and for letting Momma come help. Xoxo

Yesterday was our last day in SD. I wanted to get out and go further than just walking distance, so we went to Cornado Beach. It was absolutely beautiful. The water looked like someone dumped gold glitter everywhere it was so hard to photograph, but it was absolutely beautiful!!! We are home now and getting all the love from my babies and mom ♥️🫶

Yesterday's surgery went great. Estimated 5hr surgery actually went for 7 hours. Minor hiccup in the last hour but the Doctor resolved that issue. Pretty much a solid 24hrs of rest for Crystal today as she is still in lots of pain and not yet mobile. Recovery will take some time, we figure maybe a few more days bedrest and room service 👌 Thank you for everyone positive vibes and prayers.
