🏡 SOLD! Today we officially closed on the sale of our flip. It was a great feeling to complete this project and deliver a great product to a family.

Along with the keys to their new home, we prepared a gift basket from our family to theirs. The search is now on for our next flip project 🏚🏠🙌🏽

After just 2 days on the market we received multiple offers and accepted one over asking price! It took longer than expected to get it on the market but we’re definitely happy with the results. Can’t wait to get this one sold and move forward to the next flip 🏚

🏡 Property Sold 🙌🏽 Today we closed on the sale of a land flip! We purchased this lot last year with the intention of building a house on it to sale. Plans changed and we decided to flip the lot for a profit. Even on a vacant lot sale, there were lessons learned that we’ll take forward to other deals.

Pro tip...always have multiple exit strategies 🏡📈💰

We’re so happy with the way this rehab has turned out! Looking forward to signing the buyer this weekend then on to the next project 🏠🏠🏠
