Fight Night Last Weekend, got to ref for the first time. Learned alot about reffing and judging fights this weekend, also how to move with the fighters without getting in there way.

First Kids Saturday class! Had an awesome time with these kiddos, happy to go over more techniques with them this week. Going to be focusing on our footwork and proper punching technique this week.

Got the opportunity to train for the last week in Costa Rica. Super grateful for the opportunity to train in such a crazy place with some amazing athletes. Thank You to for setting up this week, and can't wait to go back next year. Got some more photos from the fights up in Fresno. If it looks like my mouthpiece didn't fit, it didn't I left mine in San Diego so helped me set one, using the coffee machine in his hotel room. Luckily the plan going into this fight was to get hit less then the other guy so it didn't matter. @ 10th Planet San Diego
