She has two faces.
One face that she shows the world, loved ones, and in public.
The smiling one.
The happy, friendly, and talkative one.
The confident one full of laughter and positivity.
The face that everyone is used to.
The second face is the real face.
The one she tries not to show anyone.
The face behind closed doors, when she's alone away from the world, in the security of her own emotions that she doesn't want to show anyone else or have to explain them.
It's exhausting trying to look happy and like nothing is bothering you.
The face that stares off at nothing or patterns on the floor or drapes.
The face that cries in the shower, in bed, car rides alone, cries sitting on the couch, or doing things around for house.
The sad face that stares back at her in the mirror and looks nothing like she used to be.
Well to her anyway. Others say she looks the same. The face that looks strong to the people she knows, but is really just shards of broken glass inside.
Yes, the girl that was there for everyone, and strong for others...is now split into two.
Two faces, one broken spirit.
She can't bear the losses.
It feels like a chapter of a wonderful book closed never to be open again.
All she has are memories and visions in her head that she plays over and over.
Nothing is the same to her.
Everything is different. She can't cope with daily life, her Doctor said. So she writes to help herself, and she has her two faces.
What's funny is, the sad face is the face worth a thousand words underneath in the depths of complexity.
While the happy face full of laughter, love, positiveness, and fun...is a straight shooter."

Good news to all!

Karma Dechen was invited at the VoB Season 5 show as a special guest today.

A versatile vocalist Pema Zangmo Sherpa ( Zang She ) performed a special song titled "Karma Dechen" deducting from His Majesty's Address.

It brought another round of tears to Karma herself and the rest of us.

We know our Prime Minister the best. His sacrifice, hard work, and humanity in his leadership are like no other.

The government under his leadership has undertaken some bold decisions including SDF for tourists that were not touched on for decades.

But he alone can't transform this nation. Some of his ministers and MPs including public and civil servants should put in equal efforts. Transformation requires everyone involved including landlords and private employers.

Seeing is believing. If you feel the pain of our PM, show your respect and contribute to transformation, not greed.

🔱 About the Rebirth of The famous 8th century translator Vairotsana 🔱

🌱 Trulku Ngawang Jigme Jigten Wangchuck 🌱

⚘ In the year 2014, the reincarnation of the great Lotsawa Vairotsana (The Translator Vairotsana) was born to the Royal family of Bhutan, as a son to Princess Sonam Déchen Wangchuk. His reincarnation was recognized by the chief spiritual abbot of Bhutan, His Holiness the 70th Je Khenpo, Trulku Jigme Chhoda and was named Vairotsana Trulku Ngawang Jigme Jigten Wangchuk. ⚘

🌱 Though still a child, Trulku had repeatedly expressed his wish to visit the ancient Nalanda University site and had pressured his mother to take him there, Thus, on 1st January of 2017, Her Majesty Queen Mother and HRH Princess Sonam Dechen Wangchuk took Trulku Rimpoche to Nalanda.

Instantly, on his first visit itself, Trulku, a 3 year old young boy could identify all the places that he spent during his previous life, 824 years back.
He identified his previous study room from the ruins of ancient Nalanda University. He also amazingly identified many of those remaining things and structures present there connected to his previous life. However, he was a bit sad about the place being in ruins now. 🌱

⚘ After Trulku's visit at Nalanda, it created a sensation in India, Bhutan and other region, and the world was taken by surprise as a 3 year boy recollected the history of his previous life, of about 824 years back. ⚘

🌱 Since then, Trulku made pilgrimage visit to numerous sacred sites in Bhutan and Nepal, got many empowerment and oral transmissions from many spiritual masters. Trulku also met with the reincarnations of other great beings of those times from his previous lives like H.H the 7th Namkhai Nyingpo Rinpoche etc. Currently, Trulku Rinpoche is 7yrs old and is under going his studies under the guidance of renowned masters. 🌱

🍂 As great beings, despite being enlightened, they choose to take rebirth with a wish and purpose to benefit sentient beings, the world is fortunate
