If life has taught me anything it is that change is inevitable.
The older I become the more I wrestle with resistance that seems to come more naturally than when I was young. I have to remind myself to RIDE the wave, let go of the things I cannot control, and appreciate the ride.
The seasons and water have much to teach us if we’re willing to be still and listen.
