Gunmen storm festival in Chando zerreci village Bassa, kill 10, injured 19.

The Nigerian government has a responsibility to promote and protect human rights, including the right to life, but they have failed woefully.

Leaders are quiet about the killings.

The civil society are silent.

Come 2023 this affliction will end with my PVC.

What about you?

OUR BEST WISH IS TO VOTE:

While we wish for referendum
While wish for revolution
While we wish for war
While we wish for separation
While we wish for our oppressive rulers to die..

Let's explore the upcoming electoral process. It's more sure! It worked for Rwanda, Ghana and many other countries around us.

Let's resolve to vote or remain slaves

THE i-VOTE INNITIATIVE

It is no doubt that the general populace of our dear country is living with great dissatisfaction and regret about the type and caliber of leaders and leadership running the country, past and present.

Base on these reasons, the SOUTH-NORTH CONFERENCE GROUP and SAM ODEH'S TOTEM have risen in partnership to mobilise the mass populace to elect good leaders come 2023.

It is a thing of great pity that a country culturally and materially rich, blessed with a good population of vibrant, intelligent and hardworking youths, is one in which its citizens live in poverty, a high level of illiteracy and perpetual fear of the loss of life and property.

All critical sectors of the economy are effectively in comatose.

The ever-rising inflation has made life unbearable for most Nigerians. Severe hunger, bad roads, poor and epileptic power supply, multiple taxation and a weak currency speaks volumes of the state of the nation’s economy.

Bad governance brought us here!

Bad governance, apart from causing the aforementioned problems, amongst other things, leads ultimately to moral and ethical decay of a nation.

It is the decay of this sort that has ultimately led to the special type of corruption and nepotism that both leaders and ordinary citizens exhibit in our dear country.

These happens when the greater population of a country refuse to participate fully in governance and the electoral process.

Although, negligence of governance is as serious a problem and as deleterious as lack of participation in elections by citizens of any country, we are more concerned with the problem of VOTING.

It is elections that gets leaders into power and therefore, credible elections will more than incredible elections get credible persons into government seats.

We are confident that if the people come out in droves to carry out their civic duty by voting, there is a better chance of getting the right leaders into the corridors of power because ‘vox populi, vox Dei’ (the voice of the people is the voice of God).

2023 is the perfect time to liberate Nigeria.
