The first house to the Ferdinand Subdivision is looking like a home with the grass and landscaping that's been done by the owners. We like the simplicity of this home and custom details that make it unique and inviting.
They enjoy 1 acre of land, a home with a 1,800 SQ ft main level and a finished basement of the same size. The home has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The yard has an operating sprinkler system and the ability to host a shop.

A few views of this kitchen out of a home that we finished earlier this year. The owners have moved in since and have added their own touch.
Simple colors, but an amazing flow with nice texture. The kitchen features 1/2" tongue and groove hardwood floor, soft close cabinets, fully tiled backsplash, and vaulted ceilings.

Drywall and taping is looking good over here at the Ferdinand subdivision Jones build. The lucky owner will have 3,500 SQ ft of heated space in this home. We are eager to start trimming windows and doors out and installing our 1/2" engineered floor. We are doing our best to make sure we are choosing great quality materials that will last long. We are happy that all of our walls are straight which will make finishes easier to install. Home is projected to be completed this spring!
It's amazing to see man made structures come together with nature. This home will be even more beautiful in the sunset when it's finished. A straight home with quality materials that will last long. Dormer and eyebrows will be built to give the home more charm. Coming soon!
We are excited about the progress of this build. It has been framed the right way with 2x6 walls and 5/8 OSB on the roof. It has been framed well and straight. It sits high to be protected from any potential water. It's located between Declo and Burley . This home will soon be covered up with finishes. We love the simplicity of the home and have some amazing materials in choice for finishes. It will be 1900 SQ ft on the main level and potential to finish the same amount in the basement. It sits on an acre within a subdivision. There is a covered porch in the back, and a good amount of storage space in the basement. Owner is able to build a barn/shop on the property as well.
Trusses on with bracing and stringers run throughout. Cantilever overhangs, a couple small gable trusses on the right, and we will be sheathing our roof. We did 7/16 OSB on the walls and going 5/8 OSB on the roof for a stronger lid. House wrap and windows will be installed as the roof and subfascia is wrapped up.
This home is starting to take shape! We are waiting for some builders to join us in this new subdivision.

The ICF home is being sided and the roof has been completed. The electrical on the inside is being finished tomorrow, and the other mechanicals have been done. Insulation is this week and drywall will follow. This is a beautiful area, especially with the mountain and river views. A good spot to post up a home!

Siding has started over here. Using LP Smartside and liking how it installs onto ICF walls. It's a big siding job but we hope to have it done in a month.
Not everyone takes Sundays off. The drone footage caught the roofing crew not wanting a day off. We are grateful for how fast they were able to get the roof wrapped and shingled. They have a few ridges to finish, and a small section above the garage.
Insulation and drywall will start in a week, with siding going at the same time. Building an uber efficient home with super custom aspects. We can't wait to see the home when it's finished.
We now have a deck in the works. A lot of space off the back of this house, and amazing views. Looking forward to the roof being done and having the siding underway.
Going high up in the air once more. Weather wrap is on our roof, and tomorrow the shingles will be installed. The home is ready to be dry and the mechanicals are almost done. Siding will be installed as the interior takes shape!
Just a few details left on the roof and it'll be ready for the roofer! Lots of gables the frame and sheath. The hardest parts of the whole project are almost complete.
The roof is 85% done. The septic and drain field is done. Plumbing rough-in is done. Next up is to finish the roof and shingle it. The electrician will shortly follow. This ICF home will be an amazing home to live in. It will be worth the extra investment.
Roofing going on at the ICF home. This isn't a simple roof. We are almost dried-in and ready to get the electrician and HVAC going. It's going to be a super strong, comfortable, and efficient home. Just what the homeowner asked for!
