Depression
Depression. It's a heavy word. And one that we are all too familiar with in our day and age. You probably know someone close to you all that struggle with it. Or maybe you do yourself. For a lot of people who have never had depression through. It's hard to put into words what it feels like. It is just not emotional state, but physical and mental as well, Depression is not only a state of being sad. It is a disease that conquers the ability to feel emotion. Whether good or bad depression not only involves the mind, it also involve the body and thoughts. I do not struggle with these illness. but if you are, I just want to say that you don't have to go through it alone.
