Our hearts are broken with the loss of a brother, Officer Loren Courts, Detroit Police Department.
This was a heartbreaking experience, mourning the loss of a community hero. Officer Courts was dedicated to his community and a huge family man. Officer Courts even took the time to drive by his parents house on his way to work, letting them know he was safe.
The Eastpointe Police Department sends our condolences to Officer Courts and his family. The Eastpointe Police Department family would greatly appreciate the prayers towards Officer Courts family. Officer Courts leaves behind his wife and two young children who will deeply miss him.
