Quick recap: Swim was fast 💨 happy my right shoulder held up. Bike was rollers and got hot on the turn around. Run was 🥵 hot. I had to stop at every aid station to dump ice in my bra… I’m grateful to have been able to race and finish safely without any injuries acting up. Congratulations to all the finishers today.
