🧠 Alzheimer Nedir?�
Alzheimer, sinir hücrelerinin kaybına neden olan ve bilişsel yeteneklerin giderek azalmasına yol açan bir nörolojik hastalıktır. En yaygın demans türlerinden biridir.

Alzheimer's is a neurological disease that leads to the loss of nerve cells and a gradual decline in cognitive abilities. It is one of the most common forms of dementia.
