FALLEN HERO: ANGIE DIALE IS LATE
* She was an HIV and GBV activist at heart
South Africa is mourning the loss of their much valued and favorite TV presenter, activist and life coach Angie Diale.
Mam Angie was 55 years old at the time of her death. She was well-known for presenting the Mzansi Magic TV programme Please Step In.
Mam’ Angie, who was a well-respected health and relationships coach was openenly living with HIV.
The Diale family issued a statement and said she died from pneumonia – an infection that inflames the air sacs in one or both lungs.
“She was suffering from shortness of breath and subsequently treated at Tshepo Themba Hospital yesterday. She was later transferred to Leratong, where she sadly passed in the early hours of the morning,” it read.
