Just a small reminder that smiling is charity and can brighten the day of someone going through a lot ❤️

When you live your life true to who your are, not caring about what others will think of how you look, what you wear, and who you are, you live a much simpler and less stressful life.

Reading and buying books are two separate hobbies. 🤷🏻‍♀️

One of the things that I’ve recently learned to do is setting my boundaries and not forcing my self into situations or to do things that would greatly impact my mental health.

Mental health is very real and Prioritizing your mental health is not selfish. Like it’s said on planes, put your oxygen mask on first before helping anyone else.

It’s a vicious cycle, who else can relate? 🥱😪😴

So important to remember that there will always be ups and downs in your journey. We have to be patient with ourselves so that we can learn and become the best versions of ourselves.

I know this is SUPER late but Eid Mubarak to everyone celebrating! May all our good deeds and dua’as be accepted! ❤️
