Truly a spectacular experience to visit the Central Philippine University in Iloilo City last January 13,2022. Aside from our intent to know its TNE experience, implementation and promotion, it was amazing to learn that geographically speaking, CPU is situated in the central part of the Philippines.. Yes, we stood right there at the flag pole which marked the center of the Philippines!

True to its Tenets of Scholarship, Leadership, Character and Service, Bicol University has set the bar to earn international visibility and recognition for its globally competitive academic program through its dual degree program on TNE with their international counterpart in the UK. The HECTOR Team looks forward to be back in Bicol University and be mesmerized again with the beauty, purity of heart & truest sense of service & leadership of its people and community. Thank you President Arnulfo M. Mascariñas, VPAA Amelia A. Dorosan, Dr. Dimson Rivero, Director for International Relations Office, Dr. Antonio Payonga, TNE Focal Person and IRO staff for the very warm hospitality and overwhelming support to Program HECTOR during our visit on Feb. 21-22, 2022.

Grateful and humbled to introduce the CHED Program HECTOR to Arellano University, one of the renowned TNE providers in the Philippines represented by Dr. Mario F. Sales, VP for International Programs, Mr. Philip Flores, Director of International Academic Linkages, and Dr. Emerita Mendoza, Director of International Nursing Programs. Our on site field visit and virtual FGD held on Feb.23, 2022 provided a unique perspective on various types of TNE program implementation and promotion with their international partners in US, Australia and Canada.

On Feb. 24, 2022, HECTOR Team had an on site virtual meeting with the Thomasian Experts on TNE represented by Dr. Leilani M. Asis, Program Leader of the Masteral Program in Public Health International and Arch. Leah P. Dela Rosa, Program Leader, PhD in Architecture of the University of Santo Tomas. We highly acknowledge your support and generosity in sharing with us your notable experiences and best practices on the implementation and promotion of TNE on your respective program offerings.

Honored to meet and spend a meaningful FGD on TNE implementation and promotion with the very hands-on, inspiring & accomodating Key Officials of Philippine Christian University headed by its President Dr. Junifen F. Gauuan together with VPGE Margie DG. Dela Cruz, AVP Ariel D. Pineda, VPICT Mario G. Miranda II, & Director Jeffrey Perida..Thank you very much for your support to Program HECTOR!
