The mountains is where I live. Times with my brothers and my father. Moments that last forever.

Even crashed a wedding this day and got asked why we’re leaving the couples wedding early. Only because we were late to the Quince.

Alexander Springs. My third time returning here.
The first time my cousins had brought me here for a camping experience and I had discovered that there was a beautiful cave here. Something I glimpsed and my body had panicked realizing I didn’t have the liberty of touching the floor and had to have my cousin pull me back to an area where I could touch the ground.
The second, an event I hosted some years ago where I had been inspired by Yes Theory, and invited a group of strangers (strangers to one another, some were strangers to me) to meet and join on this spring experience.
Once again I attempted to overrun the fear of open water that I couldn’t simply stand on my tippy toes on. While I managed the glimpse at this underwater magical cave of a beauty, Fear still overran me.

Yesterday I joined my good friends .z and and returned to Alexander Springs. Both eager and uneasy about finally conquering this fear.

And well, I hope these photos prevail the outcome of this challenge I held for myself.

While I may not be a majestic mer-person like some of those that came with fins and whatnot. I achieved what a younger version of myself never thought I could.

Confront your fears. Love them. They will love you back. They merely exist as a reminder of the true power that lives within.

Much Love.
Third times the charm ;)

Met a sloth. While insignificant to some. It means the world to me. The beauty of life, reflected in the eyes of every living creature on this planet. One moment you don’t exist, another, your eyes gaze upon the entirety that is the universe.
From infinite skies that we gaze upon whether in the night or in the day. Wondering how significant one little thing can be in the grand scheme of all that is.
“What’s the point in expressing who I am? When there’s 8 billion others?”
That lingering thought lies with me, keeping me stuck. Energy remaining in a state of potential. Rather than movement. Becoming a part of the grand flow that is life.
My reply now to that once lingering thought: “because there’s no other you in this universe. No unique set of eyes to have had all the experiences you’ve held. All the sights you’ve held with those wondrous eyes”

See we think joy comes from the material. At least we did. I like to think most people are catching on. But when it comes to the beauty our mind holds. It’s not about that. It’s the views we hold, and the interpretations we make of them. Being the eternal story tellers we are, always making sense of this crazy cuckoo for coco puffs thing called life.

For one person this sloth is merely a creature of the animal kingdom to either marvel or hold no thought of. For me it’s a reason to keep going. To maintain that childlike wander, constantly gazing upon the beauty that is existence. To no longer hide away. We’re here and the we’re not. Tough s**t. It’s how it’s always been. Why not make the best of it? Love and cherish every fricking moment you’ve got.

Because as the wise words of the song “Father and Son” says:
“But take your time, think a lot
Think of everything you've got
For you will still be here tomorrow
But your dreams may not”

Keep dreaming my friends. And never stop. For there’s more sights to be seen.

IM QUITTING PHOTOGRAPHY
~Man oh man what a journey it’s been. I’m so appreciative of everyone that has supported my journey. Every person who’s booked me for a shoot.. shared just a single post or even just liking a photo. You made it possible for me to live my dream.
However as all great things occur, they must also come to an end.
That is why I’ve made the decision to stop portrait photography. I’ve been shooting since 2018 and have shote tens of thousands of photos, with hundreds of models and clients, hosting a charity gallery, starting Artful Mind, and so much more.
But as this chapter comes to a close a new one begins.
Some of you close to me may know I am beginning new exciting business endeavors that will be taking up my time that I’m sure you all will see about in the near future.
But as of recently I have been living a life without any social media and have been so increasingly happy since. And plan on continuing to live this way.
Don’t worry my life is still plenty involved with photo and video, but it will just be in new exciting ways.
Thank you again for anyone who sees this and to everyone that has supported me on this journey.
I love you all.
Until we speak again
‼️⚠️great photographers in the Orlando/ Chi / NY areas to check out (check all of them out -_-)photos

PRINT SYNOPSIS BELOW

Keep in Flight
- KIP is (as some of you may know) my prized photo. This is the photo that made it I knew I was on the right path as a creative and an artist. It was the affirmation I needed to know that the 9-5 life was not for me. My professor in Chicago, John White, was a teacher of photography yes, however he was a teacher of life. As a Pulitzer Prize winning and world renowned photographer, he cemented ideals in me based off his personal philosophy of “keeping in flight” John served not only as a mentor but as a friend. Someone I could talk to about all aspects of life. And he’d always tie it back to his lesson. The world will be as it is regardless of your position in it. So why bother stopping and worrying about the small things? When you can just keep in flight and stay in the motion. One night John and I stayed in a call after class and i told him I was struggling to keep my head in place. That I no longer wanted to do photography and felt I had bigger responsibilities to focus on rather than my passion. And he then taught me a lesson that I keep with me to this day. And that is to trust.
To trust in yourself, the world around you, as well as to let nature speak to you.
A part of trusting is to let go.
So as I sat on the beach this morning wondering what he meant by that, something told me to just pick up my camera and to shoot. I loved the composition as well as the woman’s red jacket (asides from this being my favorite spot on planet Earth) and I breathed in shut my eyes and just shot.
And there it was.
A bird near perfectly in the center of the frame. (Continued in captions.)
