👉Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon wedges (optional)
👉Instructions:
Step 1: Place the tilapia fillets on a plate and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the fillets then place in the Wowchef air fryer.
Step 4: Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the tilapia from the air fryer, serve with lemon wedges (if desired)

1 medium zucchini
¼ cup unsalted butter melted
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step1: Slice zucchini into disks.
Step2: Melt butter in a small bowl. In another small bowl, mix breading and Parmesan

Potato Wedges made in the Wowchef Air Fryer are crispy on the outside and tender and soft on the inside.
👉Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
To serve (Optional):
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
👉Instructions:
Step1: Place raw potato wedges in a bowl and add cold water and ice cubes. Let them soak for at least 30 min then drain them and pat them dry with paper towels.
Step2: In a large bowl combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the potato wedges and toss to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
Step3: Place wedges in the mesh basket of the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 400°F.
Step4: In a bowl combine grated Parmesan cheese and parsley. Transfer cooked wedges to the bowl and toss until coated with the topping.

2 lbs chicken
2 tsps sea salt
1 1/2 tsps black pepper
1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
1 1/2 tsps paprika
1 cup self-rising flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 eggs
2 tbsps milk
1/4 cup water

Step 1: Wash and dry chicken, set aside.
Step 2: Mix the spice.
Step 3: Coat chicken with about a tbsp of the spice mixture.
Step 4: In a plastic bag, mix together flour, cornstarch, and remaining spice mix.
Step 5: In a large dish, mix together eggs, milk, and water.
Step 6: Coat chicken very lightly in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
Step 7: Coat the chicken in the egg mixture.
Step 8: Immediately, coat the chicken lightly in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Step 9: Use an oil mister, to coat the chicken very lightly (all over) with olive oil.
Step 10: Cook at 350°F for 18mins. Flipping halfway and brushing very lightly with more oil

200g Flour
100g Caster Sugar
70ml Milk
120g Butter
15g Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Baking Powder

Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 360ºF for 3mins.
Step 2: Add 2 eggs and Vanilla Extract, mix well.
Step 3: Beat the butter with an electric whisk
Step 4: Add caster sugar to the butter, and beat with an electric whisk.
Step 5: Add the beaten eggs in 3 batches and whish until well combined.
Step 6: Sieve plain flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
Step 7: Add dry ingredients in 2 batches and combined.
Step 8: Add milk until well combined.
Step 9: Add chocolate chips and combine.
Step 10: Fill 3/4th of the cups
